Ecommerce development: Every channel you sell on shares one stock count.

Web stores and shopping apps that share one stock count with your POS (point of sale) tills, so an item that sells out shows sold out on every channel and each order syncs to your ERP. Checkout takes the payment methods your customers use. We also build marketplaces, where many merchants or providers sell to your customers, with seller checks, payouts and dispute handling.

One stock, four channels. Each channel shows the same 4 units. Buy on any of them and the count drops everywhere at once.

From first visit to repeat order, feature by feature.

A 4-week sprint, from first call to first order.

For companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, in English and Bahasa Indonesia. You talk to the technical lead throughout, from the first call to handover.

4 weeks · 3 steps
Week 1

Listen, understand & prototype

We listen to the people who do the work, map the problems to solve and deliver a clickable store and checkout to test with customers by the end of the week.

Week 2–3 · 2 weeks

Core build

We build the core features and integrations on your real data, and demo them on a staging link every week.

Week 4

Live production & handover

We deploy to production and hand over the source code, documentation and admin access.

How we work

A checkout with fewer steps

We test the checkout with real customers in week 1 and remove every field and screen that isn’t needed to take the payment.

Payments your customers use

Cards, bank transfers and e-wallets through gateways such as Stripe and Xendit, set up for each market you sell in.

Stock that matches

Web, app and stores read from one stock layer, so a sold-out item is sold out everywhere and click-and-collect orders reserve the right unit.

Run by your team

Your team manages products, prices, promotions and orders from an admin built around your workflow, so day-to-day changes don’t need a developer.

Questions about ecommerce development

Can the store connect to our ERP or POS?

Yes. Orders, stock and customer records sync with your ERP or POS, so finance and the warehouse work from the same numbers as the store.

Do you use an ecommerce platform or build from scratch?

Either. A hosted platform is the better choice when it covers what you sell and how you sell it. A custom build makes sense when your pricing, stock or member rules don’t fit one. We set out the trade-off in week 1.

Are the AI features optional?

Yes. Each AI feature, such as search in shoppers’ own words or product copy drafts, is switched on separately and can be turned off at any time, and every part of the store works without it. AI drafts of product copy, listings and campaign messages go live only after someone on your team has checked them.

Do we own the source code?

Yes. You own 100% of the source code from the first commit, and at handover you receive the code, the documentation and admin access.

Who will we talk to?

The technical lead who does the work, with a domain specialist who has done this kind of work before. We reply within 24 hours, there’s no account manager in between, and we sign an NDA on request.
