Follow one work order from fault to history ↓

From a fault report to the asset’s history.

Anyone can report a fault by scanning the QR on the asset. One work order carries it through approval, parts and the visit on site, and its close-out is written back to the asset passport.

Answers from the manual, with the page to check.

Manuals, drawings and SOPs are indexed per asset. A technician asks from the phone and gets the manual’s own words, with the page to open. If the manual doesn’t cover the question, the system says so rather than guessing, and passes it to an engineer. Asking needs a connection; offline, the app still opens the manuals themselves.

What torque for the radiator hose clamps?

From the O&M manual for this genset:

Tighten hose clamps to 5 N·m. Do not overtighten.

7.3 Hoses and clamps

Inspect all coolant hoses every 500 operating hours for cracks, swelling and soft spots. Replace any hose that shows damage.

Tighten hose clamps to 5 N·m. Do not overtighten.

Refill with the coolant specified in 7.1 and run the engine for ten minutes before checking the joints for leaks.

EAM: common questions

Can the EAM schedule preventive maintenance?

Yes. Preventive jobs fall due by calendar or by meter readings such as run-hours, and the annual plan releases each one as a work order. Every job is written back to the asset history, and certificates raise an alert before they expire.

Can technicians ask questions about equipment manuals?

Yes. Manuals are indexed per asset, and answers quote the manual word for word with a link to the page. If the answer isn’t in the manual, the system says so rather than guessing, and passes the question to an engineer.

Does the EAM track statutory inspections and certificates?

Yes. Inspection types and validity periods are kept as settings per country and asset class, and each next due date raises an alert and a work order. Certificates and service reports can be read in, and are filed against the asset once a supervisor confirms them.

Does the mobile app work without a signal?

Yes. Technicians can open the asset, its checklist and its manuals, record the work and take photos offline, and the app syncs when the connection returns. Asking questions about a manual needs a connection.

Can we use the EAM before it’s customised?

Yes. The EAM runs the standard workflow from day one. We customise it only after your team has used it and found where it falls short.

How long until we can use the EAM?

The standard EAM can be ready within a week. Customising it to your workflow takes longer, and we plan that once your team has used the standard flow.

Can the EAM run on our own servers?

Yes. Every system runs on our managed cloud or on-premise on your own servers, whichever your security policy and IT setup call for. The code is the same in both.

Who will we talk to?

The technical lead who does the work, with a domain specialist who has done this kind of work before. We reply within 24 hours and sign an NDA on request.

Do we own the customisations?

Yes. You own 100% of the source code. Custom work is handed over with the code, documentation and admin access, the same as every project we build.

Are the AI features in the EAM optional?

Yes. Each AI feature is switched on per company and can be turned off at any time, and every workflow still works by hand. AI prepares drafts, your team approves them. On-premise, AI runs through your own cloud account or stays off.

Can the EAM connect to an ERP we already run?

Yes. The EAM runs on its own and connects to the ERP you already use, or to ours. Which records pass between them is set when we customise it.
