Warehouse management system (WMS): Know where every item is, and where it goes next.

A ready-to-use WMS for companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, in our cloud or on your own servers. It tracks stock by bin and runs receiving, put-away, picking, packing and counts from handhelds and phones, and every move is confirmed by a scan.

STEP 01 / 06 · RECEIVE✦ AI

Match the delivery to its advance shipping notice (ASN) at a booked dock.

  • The ASN comes from the purchase order (PO), or is uploaded by the supplier.
  • Dock doors are booked by time slot.
  • The delivery order is read on arrival and checked against the PO.
  • Differences are flagged before anything is put away.

WMS: common questions

What does the WMS do, from receiving to dispatch?

It tracks stock by bin and confirms every step with a scan: receiving against the ASN or purchase order, put-away to the bin the rules suggest, wave picking on a short walking route, then packing and dispatch with a photo, signature and seal. Cycle counts and transfers between warehouses run on the same scans.

Does the WMS support barcode scanning?

Yes. Receiving, put-away, picking and counts run on Android handhelds or a phone camera, so stock updates the moment goods are scanned. The app keeps working through Wi-Fi dead spots and syncs when it’s back in range.

Can the WMS read supplier delivery orders?

Yes. A photo or scan of the delivery order or packing list is read into expected lines and checked against the purchase order, so differences are flagged before put-away. The goods are still confirmed by scan: AI never replaces the scan.

Can we use the WMS before it’s customised?

Yes. The WMS runs the standard workflow from day one. We customise it only after your team has used it and found where it falls short.

How long until we can use the WMS?

The standard WMS can be ready within a week. Customising it to your workflow takes longer, and we plan that once your team has used the standard flow.

Can the WMS run on our own servers?

Yes. Every system runs on our managed cloud or on-premise on your own servers, whichever your security policy and IT setup call for. The code is the same in both.

Who will we talk to?

The technical lead who does the work, with a domain specialist who has done this kind of work before. We reply within 24 hours and sign an NDA on request.

Do we own the customisations?

Yes. You own 100% of the source code. Custom work is handed over with the code, documentation and admin access, the same as every project we build.

Are the AI features in the WMS optional?

Yes. Each AI feature is switched on per company and can be turned off at any time, and every workflow still works by hand. AI prepares drafts, your team approves them. On-premise, AI runs through your own cloud account or stays off.

Can the WMS connect to an ERP we already run?

Yes. The WMS runs on its own and connects to the ERP you already use, or to ours. Which records pass between them is set when we customise it.
