# Sedang Bahagia > Sedang Bahagia is a product and AI engineering studio that builds AI products and custom software in 4-week sprints, plus ready-to-use ERP, CRM, WMS, EAM and HR systems for companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Key facts: - The company was founded in 2018. The team’s first client projects, a hotel loyalty app and a fuel rewards app, date from 2017. - Since June 2024, custom projects are built with Claude and run as a fixed 4-week sprint: week 1 discovery and a clickable prototype, weeks 2–3 the core build on real data with a staging demo every week, week 4 production launch and handover. Builds that started before June 2024 ran 8 weeks. - Every pull request is reviewed by its author and then by the technical lead, and the CI tests must pass before a merge. - Clients own 100% of the source code and receive the repository, documentation and admin access at handover. - Clients talk directly to the technical lead, with a domain specialist who has done this kind of work before, and get a reply within 24 hours. An NDA is signed on request. - Services: web, ecommerce and mobile app development, AI integration, SEO and generative engine optimisation (GEO), and rescue of stalled software projects. - Ready-to-use systems: ERP (enterprise resource planning), CRM (customer relationship management), WMS (warehouse management), EAM (enterprise asset management) and HR & Recruitment (a human resource information system with an applicant tracking system). The CRM, WMS, EAM and HR systems connect to the ERP, and the ERP’s own modules share one database. Each runs in the cloud or on-premise. A client starts using one, then we customise it to their workflow. The five systems were built and launched one by one between June 2023 and November 2024. - AI features were added to the five systems between November 2024 and August 2025. They are optional: AI prepares drafts, your team approves, and every workflow still works with AI switched off. On-premise, AI runs through the client’s own cloud account or stays off. - Markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia.
